This agreement between and between the company called „COMPLETE LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE“ and the customer. If, for any reason, an unavoidable accident occurs and the concierge or client is unable to work under the terms of the agreement, the customer is reimbursed for all instalments paid for all un delivered benefits. This agreement is intended for both parties and their respective groups. This document represents the entire agreement between the parties. This agreement can only be amended in writing and must be signed by both parties. Opening hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week. Service cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or a $15 fee must be charged.
The interpretation and enforcement of this agreement is consistent with New York State law. Any changes to this agreement must be written down and signed by both parties. Concierge is committed to providing all its customers with conscientious and competent services. Concierge services include recommendations to other businesses and professionals. who are selected on the basis of their good reputation and are expected to offer the highest quality of service. However, complete Lifestyle Concierge is not responsible for unsatisfactory services provided by a company or individual. CONCIERGE MAKES NO GUARANTEE OR GUARANTEE THAT EVERY REFERRED BUSINESS SATISFACTORILY PERFORMS OR PROVIDES ITS CONTRACTED SERVICES. While Concierge may recommend or offer a business or professional to the customer, it is up to the customer to determine whether that businessman or professional meets the customer`s needs. This agreement will enter into force after the first hour of service and will continue until the end of this agreement.
This contract can be terminated at any time by both parties. Each party reserves the right to terminate this contract for any reason. In addition, the following fees will be charged to the customer and the following fees will be borne by the customer: shipping, shipping, long-distance call charges, products or services provided by the commercial and other expenses incurred by the concierge in the provision of services on behalf of the client. Concierge does not charge customers on behalf of reference companies. Concierge will endeavour to process the personal and confidential information of customers. The services provided by the concierge are provided by request and by appointment. Due to the unique nature of the services provided by the concierge, he cannot always predict or guarantee what the final customer count will be. This depends on the amount of service delivery expenses and the amount of service-related expenses.
The down payment of 50% of the hourly/project rate is charged at the time of booking.
